Vacuum the mash grape is made of the fresh, ripe, not spoiled, not overripe berries white or red vinogradlv by evaporation to 65 Brix. For production of a grape mash table grades of vinograd Babal, Gamacha Tintorera, Antep, Karasi - Patlak, Rezaki - Sultaniye and dr, entering into Vitaceae familia is used; Vitis type.
